Mantras can help you stay focused on your goals and shift your behavior so that you start living the life you desire. But what do you need to put your mantra into practice? What will you let go of to start living your mantra?

Time to get creative and bring your mantra to life. Having your mantra someplace you see it every day will help you put it into action. Start thinking, feeling, and behaving in new ways for 2022!

Radiance Apothecary classroom in Downtown Olympia.

During the 90-minute workshop you'll learn about mantras, gain clarity on how they can be powerful tools to help you shift your mindset, and create your own mantra for the new year.

Amber Jenson
ilYOUmination Coaching & Wellness, LLC

Amber Jenson MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a certified life and health coach, corporate wellness consultant and speaker with a Master’s Degree in psychology. She is an experienced H.R. professional in performance management and employee/leadership coaching and training. Amber is EFT/TFT and Reiki certified and enjoys using mediation and other mindfulness practices herself and with clients.

Lisa Welander
Fun Stuff Crafts, LLC

Lisa Welander is owner of Fun Stuff Crafts. She is a banker by day and a crafter whenever she gets a chance! Lisa loves to make things and enjoys helping the earth by up-cycling items. She is an experienced crafter, having worked with paper crafts, vinyl, epoxy, sewing and her latest obsession – her Omtech Laser. She is active in her local community, including volunteering her crafting expertise for the past several years at the Shelton Christmas Market. Her passion is inspiring others to create by making the crafting process easy to understand.
